Inspired by the history of its land, we are proud to be able to marry the old and new to provide a unique contrast. The Black Hut is clean, crisp, unfussy design.
A place to unwind, reconnect and engage with yourself, each other, the landscape and the world around you. Feel the tension release.
Sunsets from the window seat, long evenings snuggled in the warmth, dark sky gazing.
However you choose to spend your time in The Black Hut you’ll be able to appreciate the magic of Northumberland's special qualities whatever the weather.
Sleeps up to 4 (max 2 adults), with a large double bed and two single beds on the mezannine. The Hut is not suitable for under 7's due to the mezzanine ladders, however babies in cots are welcome.
Not suitable for pets.

We had such a lovely stay in The Black Hut. The location is out of this world, in the middle of the most beautiful countryside with perfect skies. The Black Hut has been so well created; from perfect windows with window seats, through to a lovely bathroom (often an afterthought in the type of creation) with a fabulous s shower (always important) and an abundance of fluffy towels. Plus an AMAZING outdoor bath. The bed was fabulously comfortable and the mezzanine was a hit with my 11 and 13 year old. Thank you for a magical stay.
